Bowling Club News

  • Friday Night Dinners at The Club will resume on June 26th.
  • Our new Scoreboards have been permanently installed and have fitted heavy duty covers to protect them when not in use.
  • The “high tech” irrigation upgrade for A & B Greens has been completed by D&D Curators.
There will be no more physical work such as pulling out and placing 14×30+ metre hoses with sprays attached. Irrigation can be done remotely at any time of the day or night to ensure maximum access to Greens. The 16 spray heads can be activated together, in groups, 1 at a time according to the weather and Greens condition.
  • The project to replace the synthetic surface of C Green began but had to be postponed due to the impact of COVID-19, but has now resumed.
